Meditation

Heal your body, mind & soul with Meditation.

Meditation is the science of controlling mind. An ordinary person may consider meditation as a process where one have to sit and concentrate. But it is not so. Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with full awareness is meditation. Watching your breath is meditation; listening to the waves of ocean is meditation, walkng with full awaerness is meditation. As long as the activities you do are free from any other distraction to the mind, it is meditation.

Meditation is not just a technique but a life that you may choose to live. It describes a state of consciousness, when the mind is free of distractive thoughts and various patterns . The observer (one who is doing meditation) realizes that all the activity of the mind is reduced to one.
