In Dynamic Hatha, we combine effective practice and teaching elements of traditional Hatha - and Astanga Yoga, which are not two contrary practices, but working together, Yoga is only one, it is Unity.
We are looking on the whole of yoga, not fixated on one particular "style".
We are supporting our students in a healthy and balanced mind and body work. We teach dynamic Hatha Yoga, respecting the Physiology and Alignment of the body, and designed our schedule in a way, so that our physical body and astral body can benefit most from it.
In our teaching we combine the ancient knowledge of Yoga with the modern understanding of body and mind. As therapists (NLP& Hypnotherapit and Occupationaltherapist) we integrate this knowledge in our course.
Along with a strong emphasis on Asana practice and the art of adjusting, as part of the curriculum, lectures will be given on Yoga Philosophy, Ayurveda, Mantras, Pranayama, Meditation, Chakras, Asana, Bandhas, and Anatomy. We will also include a basic NLP course in the TTC, free of cost. NLP is the art and science of communication. By learning NLP, you will learn skills of communication that will carry over positively into your relationships, work, and yoga teachings.
All classes are taught in a safe and fun environment where everyone is encouraged to test their limits and move beyond their mental and physical boundaries. You will learn effective teaching tools and methods, how to confidently sequence and lead a yoga class and to safely make adjustments on your students.

Who is this course for?
Those who want to give up smoking, alcoholism, sleeping disorders (insomnia), lack of self confidence, and anyone who would like to experience an innovative path to self improvement.
What will you Learn?
In the course you will have 3 main core experiences:
-
: “Asanas” in yog
a are the positions that a practitioner goes into to ease the body and mind and gain the bodily stillness to be able to sit quietly in meditation without distraction from physical sensation or pain. The yoga asanas help to reduce stress, anxiety, ease your mind, bring you present in the “NOW”. Asana is third limb or part of eight limbs of yoga.
-
Yoga breathing exercises: Pranayama is a combination of two words, “Prana” means “Life” or “Life force energy” and “Ayama” means “exercise”. Pranayama helps one gain control over breathing. Through the control over breathing, one can control tbe mind. Pranayama is fourth limb of eight limbs of yoga. It has a higher importance then the physical practice of “yoga postures” or “asanas”. Only in combination with the practice of pranayama can one achieve a higher state of mind though the practice of asanas. Learning the technique of pranayama will increase benefits of yoga and issues related to: the nose, eyes, ears, throat, allergies of dust and flowers. It also makes your digestive system stronger and adds glow to your skin.
- Yoga Nidra: Guided Relaxation / Meditation. Its also known as “Psychic Sleep”. This is not exactly meditation or hypnosis, but similar with similar effects and benefits. In yoga nidra, you start a gradual relaxation and it continues until you are in a deep state of relaxation, with a direct link to the subconscious. This is where our mind is most open to positive suggestion. Our subconscious mind is always protecting us either by making you aware of the problem or working for us without us being aware. For instance; beating of our heart, and constant breathing even while we sleep.

Yoga
Heal your body, mind & soul with Yoga.
What is Yoga?
Yoga is a science of Holistic Health. The word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word "Yog" the literal meaning of Yog, join or union. This implies joining or integrating individual - body with mind and mind with soul - to achieve a balanced and happy life, and spiritually uniting the individual with the universe.
There are four path of Yoga as followed:
1. Bhakti Yoga - Yoga of devotion. Where one follows the word of god, the path he walked and his ethics.
2. Karma Yoga - Yoga of selfless service. Where one is free of desire or wanting of something in exchange, which helps reducing the five senses in the sense of minds desires and helps understanding the mind on deeper and practical level.
3. Jana Yoga - Yoga of knowledge. Jana yoga is where one inquires what is his life about? why has he come in this world? what is his purpose and where will he go after he leaves this body.
4. Raja Yoga - Yoga of meditation, the king of yoga. The science of balanced mind, physic and soul. Where there is only meditation, the pure oneness without any expectations and inquiries.
Daily Yoga Class at 9.00 am (Ashtanga by Amit), 11.00 am (Beginner by Mira) and 4.00 pm (Intermidiate & Advance by Mira)
Dhyan / Meditation
Heal your body, mind & soul with Meditation.
Meditation is the science of controlling mind.
Amit's definition - Meditation is the science of better understanding.
An ordinary person may consider meditation as a process where one have to sit and concentrate. But it is not so. Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with full awareness is meditation. Watching your breath is meditation; listening to the waves of ocean is meditation, walkng with full awaerness is meditation. As long as the activities you do are free from any other distraction to the mind, it is meditation.
Meditation is not just a technique but a life that you may choose to live. It describes a state of consciousness, when the mind is free of distractive thoughts and various patterns . The observer (one who is doing meditation) realizes that all the activity of the mind is reduced to one.
