Amit is the Director of Amit Reiki & Yoga Center. He has completed his Masters Science in Yoga.
Amit has been involved with holistic and natural healing for 9 years, and is a qualified teacher and practitioner of the healing arts.
As a Traditional Reiki Master and Independent Teacher of the Usui System of Reiki, Amit provides certified healing and knowledge to his clients and students alike.
Amit is also an accomplished Yoga Master, offering both courses and classes in Astanga Vinyasa (Mysore style), Sivanada Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Meditation.
Has done his Key to Success NLP, Integration NLP & Spirituality with Dr Richard Bolstad New Zealand.
Has completed his NLP Practitioner with International Association of NLP-Institutes berlin & with ANLP (Asocitation of NLP). And his Master Practitioner with Sue Knight UK.
He is also a Hypnotherapist (Certified by both, California Hypnosis Institute of India & International Association of NLP Institutes) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Therapist.
To complement his knowledge of Reiki, Yoga, and Meditation, Amit is a qualified naturopathy practitioner.
Amit has been teaching for over 9 years in :
India: Dharamsala - Mcleodganj, Rishikesh, Mysore, Pondicherry, Bhopal, Delhi, Bangalore, Manali, Mumbai, Auroville and in Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram, Neyyar Dam, Kerala as a assistance teacher while he was on his Advance teacher's training (ATTC) and after in 2008.
Thailand: Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pai, Koh Phangan.
Malaysia: Kuala Lampur.
Laos: Luang Prabang, Vang Vieng.

Grew up in Austria, Europe, practiced Sivananda and Astanga Yoga for several years and received the Yoga Teacher Training in the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, South India.
Reiki Master Teacher Training in India and Thailand.
As Occupational Therapist she has a wide knowledge about the Anatomy and Physiology, as well as Pathology of body and mind. The system of body, mind and soul as describe in the teaching of Yoga make this knowledge complete, allows a great combination to enhance Health, Education and Healing on different levels and will be used in the Yoga teaching as well in Occupational Therapy.
Currently conducting daily Yoga classes and assisting at Yoga TTC.
Veena (Guest Teacher)

Born in Trinidad, Veena moved to New York in her early teens. She received her Yoga Teacher’s Training at The Sivananda Ashram in Kerala (South India).
After her training she remained as full time staff in the ashram in Kerala . She was transferred the The Sivananda Vedanta Center in New York City, where she lived and taught. Veena has also staffed at the Sivananda ashram in Madurai (South India).

Aryan (Ajay)
Yogashiromani, Yogacharya
Born in Central India, Madhaya Pradesh, Bhopal. Aryan is main yoga teacher at Amit Reiki & Yoga Center.
He has been praticing yoga for many years. He is a Reiki Master & Healer, Swedish massage therapist and also has got his diploma in Naturopathy.
He lived for many months in Sivananda Ashram practicing intensive yoga and was a assistance teacher in Teacher trainings.
